3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due according to the payment schedule provided
• Prices are subject to change until confirmed booking
• All payments are processed securely

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by tour type and booking date:

• Cancellations 30+ days before tour: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations 15-29 days before tour: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling

5. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Follow guide instructions for safety
• Respect local customs and environments
• Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

Lucid Shine's liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked. We are not responsible for:

• Weather-related disruptions
• Third-party service providers
• Personal injury due to failure to follow safety instructions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
